Setting up needs a computer
Your KDP royalties come in through a free browser extension for Chrome, Edge or Firefox, and those cannot be installed on a phone or tablet. You can sign up anywhere, but do the one-time connection on a computer. Your royalties then update from that computer's browser, and you can check your figures on any device, your phone included.
